Project Description
For the last 50 years, Old Fashioned Donuts has been a beloved staple of the community. With the help of a Chicago Recovery Grant, the business will undergo a comprehensive renovation. The goal of the project is to enhance functionality and look of the existing space while preserving the store's historical character and charm.
The renovation is expected to serve as a catalyst for the revitalization of the surrounding Roseland corridor. After being awarded a Chicago Recovery Grant, Old Fashioned Donuts is current under development and is expected to start construction in 2023.
